at the Four Points by Sheraton Mississauga Meadowvale
in Mississauga, ON

Get ready for an exciting weekend of chapter competitions in everything from athletics and ruach to music and dance.

Bus transportation is offered from the Prosserman JCC in Toronto.
Buses depart at 2:30pm Friday and return at 2pm Sunday.

Participant information, including a suggested packing list and emergency contact information,
will be provided via email prior to convention.

Registration Deadline:
Wednesday, November 30^th
Fee: $229
Late registration will be subject to a $40 late fee and will be accepted after November 30 only if space permits.
The late fee reflects the additional costs incurred by BBYO to secure last-minute hotel accomodations for late registrants.

Scholarships are available based on need and vary subject to the availability of funds. To apply for scholarship assistance, you must first complete the convention registrationbelow. Your credit card will not be processed until you are contacted by the Regional Office about scholarship availability.

* Membership Fee:	You must be a member of BBYO in order to attend this convention.
Donation to Scholarship Fund:	Tax receipts will be issued. Your optional contribution to BBYO's scholarship fund helps to ensure no teen is unable to participate due to financial reasons.

Total Payment is Program Fee + Membership Fee + Optional Donation

Refund Policy: For cancellations received up to and including November 30th, a refund of 80% of the Program Fee will be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 30th.

Scholarship: BBYO is committed to providing meaningful Jewish experiences to all Jewish teens. Program scholarships are available based on need and vary subject to the availability of funds.
